Amietophrynus reesi is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is endemic to Tanzania. Its natural habitats are moist savanna, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, swamps, intermittent freshwater lakes, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
